Setup
There is nothing to connect yourself. Bitly is set up by the Friday team for your workspace, with the Bitly account your team chooses. Ask support@friday.land to turn it on or off.
What you can ask
- "Shorten these campaign links with our custom back-half."
- "How many clicks did last week's links get, by country?"
Creating a link, adding a custom back-half, changing where a link points, or restoring an archived link waits for your approval. Friday can edit titles and tags and archive links without asking.
Turning it off
Email support@friday.land and we will remove Bitly from your workspace. Links already created stay in Bitly. Chats and results already in Friday stay in your workspace until you delete them or an admin erases them.
