Agreement
These Terms are an agreement between you and PartnerSmarter LLC, doing business as Friday (‘Friday,’ ‘we,’ ‘us’).
By using Friday.land or the Friday app, you agree to these Terms. If you use Friday for an organization, you confirm that you are allowed to use Friday for that organization and to connect the work data you provide.
If a separate written agreement covers your use of Friday, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these Terms.
Accounts
Friday uses Google sign-in and invite-based organization access. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for telling us if account access, organization membership, or an invite looks wrong.
You may not share an account, impersonate another person, bypass an access boundary, or use Friday for an organization unless you have permission to do so.
Connected services
Friday can connect to services such as Google Workspace, Gmail, and Google Calendar when you authorize a connector. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to connect those services and use the files, folders, documents, spreadsheets, presentations, email, calendars, events, and metadata you make available to Friday. Google Drive read access may cover files and folders visible to the connected account. Drive writes stay limited to Friday-created files, the Friday Drive home folder, or files you explicitly select or pin for Friday. Drive access reads can include collaborator identifiers, roles, and direct or inherited permission metadata. If you ask Friday to apply a previewed Drive sharing change, you confirm that you are authorized to grant, change, or remove that person's or group's access to the selected resource.
Gmail sends and Calendar writes are connector actions performed from a single resolved account. You are responsible for reviewing Drive sharing previews and notification choices, drafts, sends, event creations, event updates, and cancellations before asking Friday to apply them.
You can revoke connected service access through the service provider. If access is revoked or a provider changes its APIs, related Friday features may stop working until you reconnect or the integration is updated.
Your content
You retain all right, title, and interest in content, data, files, communications, and other materials you submit to or make available through Friday (“Customer Content”). You grant Friday a limited right to access, process, transmit, store, and otherwise use Customer Content only as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve the services provided to you and as otherwise instructed by you.
Friday does not sell Customer Content. Unless expressly agreed with you, Friday does not use Customer Content to train foundation models or make Customer Content available to third-party model providers for their model training.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary for Friday to process Customer Content as contemplated by these Terms.
Do not submit or connect content that you do not have the right to use, or content that would violate law, confidentiality obligations, intellectual property rights, or another person's privacy.
Acceptable use
Do not use Friday to break the law, harm another person, access data without permission, interfere with the service, probe or attack systems, distribute malware, send spam, or attempt to defeat usage limits or security controls.
We may suspend or remove access if we believe use of Friday creates security, legal, operational, or trust risk.
AI-assisted work
Friday may use AI systems to gather context, draft work, summarize information, call tools, and suggest next steps.
Friday may use third-party AI service providers to perform certain AI-assisted functions. Our use of those providers is subject to our privacy, security, and data-processing practices.
AI-assisted output can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it or using it in a workflow that affects people, money, legal rights, health, safety, or other high-stakes decisions.
Friday will not intentionally make high-impact decisions on your behalf without a user action or approval where the applicable workflow is designed to require human review.
Availability and changes
Friday is an early product and may change as we learn. We may add, remove, or revise features, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance, incidents, provider outages, or operational reasons.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Friday is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Friday will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
Confidentiality
Friday may receive non-public business information through your use of the service. We will use reasonable measures to protect that information and will use it only to provide, secure, maintain, and support Friday, comply with law, or as otherwise authorized by you. We may disclose it to service providers and subprocessors that need access to provide the service and are subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute not subject to another written agreement between the parties will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and each party consents to their jurisdiction.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL FRIDAY BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS IN ANY WAY RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT. IN NO EVENT WILL FRIDAY’S AGGREGATE, CUMULATIVE LIABILITY IN ANY WAY RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS WILL NOT APPLY TO LIABILITIES THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW. THE PARTIES WOULD NOT HAVE ENTERED INTO THIS AGREEMENT BUT FOR SUCH LIMITATIONS.
Termination
You may stop using Friday at any time. We may terminate or suspend access if you materially violate these Terms, create a material security or legal risk, or fail to pay applicable fees. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice before termination or suspension.
Following termination, your access to the service will end. Data export, retention, and deletion will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy or any separate written agreement governing your account.

We may update these Terms as Friday changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
