Agreement
By using Friday.land or the Friday app, you agree to these terms. If you use Friday for an organization, you confirm that you are allowed to use Friday for that organization and to connect the work data you provide.
If a separate written agreement covers your use of Friday, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms.
Accounts
Friday uses Google sign-in and invite-based organization access. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for telling us if account access, organization membership, or an invite looks wrong.
You may not share an account, impersonate another person, bypass an access boundary, or use Friday for an organization unless you have permission to do so.
Connected services
Friday can connect to services such as Google Workspace, Gmail, and Google Calendar when you authorize a connector. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to connect those services and use the files, folders, documents, spreadsheets, presentations, email, calendars, events, and metadata you make available to Friday. Google Drive read access may cover files and folders visible to the connected account. Drive writes stay limited to Friday-created files, the Friday Drive home folder, or files you explicitly select or pin for Friday.
Gmail sends and Calendar writes are connector actions performed from a single resolved account. You are responsible for reviewing drafts, sends, event creations, event updates, and cancellations before asking Friday to apply them.
You can revoke connected service access through the service provider. If access is revoked or a provider changes its APIs, related Friday features may stop working until you reconnect or the integration is updated.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you submit or connect. You grant Friday permission to process that content to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the features you use.
Do not submit or connect content that you do not have the right to use, or content that would violate law, confidentiality obligations, intellectual property rights, or another person's privacy.
Acceptable use
Do not use Friday to break the law, harm another person, access data without permission, interfere with the service, probe or attack systems, distribute malware, send spam, or attempt to defeat usage limits or security controls.
We may suspend or remove access if we believe use of Friday creates security, legal, operational, or trust risk.
AI-assisted work
Friday may use AI systems to gather context, draft work, summarize information, call tools, and suggest next steps. AI-assisted output can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it or using it in a workflow that affects people, money, legal rights, health, safety, or other high-stakes decisions.
Availability and changes
Friday is an early product and may change as we learn. We may add, remove, or revise features, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance, incidents, provider outages, or operational reasons.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Friday is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Friday will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
