Getting started
- Accept the invite your workspace admin sent you.
- Sign in at app.friday.land with the Google account that was invited.
- Connect Google Workspace. Friday creates a Friday folder in your My Drive and keeps the files it makes there.
- Ask for something in plain words. Friday shows each step, and asks before it sends or shares anything for you.
Friday is set up per team. If your team does not use Friday yet, request a demo.

Connectors live in Friday under Settings, then Connectors. Each guide covers what Friday can read and change, how to connect, and how to disconnect.

Use Friday from Claude or ChatGPT
Friday has an MCP server, so you can reach your Friday work from other AI apps with your Friday sign-in.
Disconnecting and your data
Disconnecting a tool stops Friday from using that account and deletes Friday's stored tokens for it. Chats and results Friday already made stay in your workspace until you delete them or an admin erases them. See Deleting data and our Privacy Policy.
